casa juna homeware collection
When Noortje Geerts, founder of Casa Juna, reached out to me about designing collections together, it immediately felt like a natural fit. We share a love for thoughtful design, colourful details and creating pieces that bring warmth into everyday life.
Rather than designing individual products, we approached this project as one cohesive collection. Together we explored ideas, exchanged inspiration and shaped a visual story that could live across different materials and objects. My role was to translate that shared vision into illustrations and patterns that feel playful, timeless and full of character.
bringing the collection to life
The first collection includes two hand-painted ceramic mugs, a ceramic candle holder, a tablecloth and matching napkins. While every piece has its own personality, they were all designed to feel connected.
Seeing the illustrations come to life through traditional craftsmanship made the process even more special. The ceramics are hand-painted, while the table linen is block printed by artisans in India, giving every piece its own subtle uniqueness.
